As you in WA it takes the courier much longer to deliver during the xmax holiday season. You received the item the same day when you lodged the enquiry. We shipping the item within days after the order is placed. It took more than 3 weeks for the courier to send from east coast to WA during xmas. Please understand, once the parcel is courier's hands, there is not much we can do to speed up the delivery.

Seller refused to have it delivered to my address, even threatened to have it returned and charge me extra. Ended up paying $30 to someone to pick it up. Seller was unhelpful and abrasive in conversation.
