Die Chakren sind nicht identisch mit dem Bewusstsein, die Chakren sind auch nicht identisch mit den Organen des Koerpers - sie sind der UEbergang zwischen Bewusstsein und Koerper. Mit den Chakren nimmt das Bewusstsein den Koerper wahr und wirkt auf den Koerper. Wenn sich im Bewusstsein ein Widerspruch befindet, wird er auch in in einem Chakra auftauchen und somit fruher oder spater auch in dem zu diesem Chakra gehoerenden Organ - und dort zu einer Krankheit werden. Die meisten Organe entsprechen den Chakren, in deren Nahe sie liegen, doch manche Organe sind im Laufe der Evolution auch an eine andere Stelle gerutscht. So befinden sich die Milchdrusen beim Menschen inzwischen auf der Brust und nicht mehr wie bei den ubrigen Saugetieren beim Hara - wie z.B. der Euter der Kuh. Zum genaueren Verstandnis der Zuordnung der Organe zu den Chakren ist also auch die Entwicklung des Aufbaus des Koerpers notwendig - so ist z.B. die Lunge aus der Schwimmblase der Fische entstanden. Zudem ist es sinnvoll, sich die Funktion der Chakren und der Organe genau anzuschauen, um erkennen zu koennen, was womit im Zusammenhang steht. Schliesslich ist es noch foerderlich, ausser den sieben Hauptchakren auch noch Nebenchakren mit zu berucksichtigen.
