KGaA durchzufuhren, sind einleitende Worte und eine vorhergehende kurze Beschrei-bung des Unternehmens sinnvoll. Die Hertha BSC GmbH & Co. KGaA (im folgenden Hertha BSC genannt) ist ein Fussballverein aus Berlin, der in der Saison 12/13 den Wiederaufstieg aus der 2. Bundesliga in das sog. Oberhaus - 1. Bundesliga - erreicht hat. In der noch jungen und aktuellen Spielzeit - 13/14 - steht Hertha BSC auf dem 6. Tabellenplatz. In den vergangen Jahren erlebte Hertha BSC ein haufiges Auf und Ab. So wurde der Verein zu einem Fahrstuhlverein . Fahrstuhlvereine sind, in Fachkreisen so genannt, Vereine, die mehr oder weniger standig zwischen der 1. und 2. Fussball-Bundesliga pendeln. Dies machte nicht nur der sportlichen Abteilung von Hertha BSC, sondern ebenso auch der wirtschaftlichen Abteilung zu schaffen. Kontinuitat und Nachhaltigkeit bestimmen (das) Handeln von Hertha BSC, weiterhin streben (sie) danach, (ihre) Arbeit mit Blick auf die Zukunft zu verbessern. Jedoch ist von der angesprochenen Kontinuitat und Nachhaltigkeit, jedenfalls auf wirtschaftlicher Basis, nicht viel Positives zu vermerken. Hin und wieder ist Hertha BSC mit einer Negativschlagzeilen bzgl. ihrer finanziellen Lage in den Medien in Erscheinung getreten. Bspw. in der vergangenen Saison, in der Hertha BSC noch in der 2. Bundesliga verharrte und den Aufstieg anstrebte, ist auf der Mitgliederversammlung verkundet worden, dass sich die Verbindlichkeiten (auf) 42 Millionen Euro belaufen. D.h., dass sich, in den vergangenen Jahren, der Schuldenberg, bis zum jetzigen Hoechststand, erhoeht hat. Angesichts dieser finanziellen Situation erscheint es Hertha BSC eher schwierig diese Misere in naher Zukunft zu uberbrucken, jedoch hat die Hertha in einem schwierigen Umfeld finanzielle Stabilitat.
