However, for the cost of the device this is not a major issue and probably expected. I am still in the process of setting up the device as I had to purchase a HDMI cord to connect the device to the tv and then had to replace the battery in the remote. All seems to be working okay but I will need to airplay to use Free to Air TV. Satisfied with the item received.
