Durch die Befragung von Fuhrungskraften konnten die theoretischen Grundlagen ausgeweitet werden. Die praktischen Implikationen fuhren zu einer neuen Sichtweise. Die Vertiefung von Sprenger zeigt zudem, dass dieses Thema immer aktuell bleiben wird und es sehr wichtig ist, sich kritisch mit theoretischen Hintergrunden auseinanderzusetzen. Sprenger weiss jedoch auch um die Hoehe der Forderungen, die er stellt. Diesen Anforderungen sind sich die Fuhrungskrafte jedoch bewusst und berucksichtigen viele der ethischen, psychosozialen und wirtschaftlichen Faktoren, wie Sprenger es fordert.
