The product was of poor quality, worn out, and extremely vibrated. It was not a high-end razor at all. I seriously doubt if it is genuine. I just blame my bad English and I canโt return the goods

All good for customer service & the HP laptop is working very well with the battery like new at 100%. Good ebayer to deal with & would recommend.
