While the item fits (after removing areas of the injection moulding that should be a key way not a solid piece), there is barely sufficient gap for the tailgate to close without contacting the light assembly. I chose to reuse the existing harness and bulbs and found that the factory bulb mounts were loose in the assembly. While considerably less cost than a factory assembly, I would probably go down that route if I need to replace again.
