Don't know who is at fault but the bed base comes as 3 boxes only 2 boxes arrived and after discussion with the seller and telling them shipping is their responsibility they arranged for the remaining box to be delivered the next day. Great seller, this is not their fault of course, fast post and well packed in a box.
