Hasn't arrived after 2 weeks so contacted seller. Responded that "the package was damaged so returned to us" and offered me a refund. Seller still has the item for sale however has increased the price on the item. I requested them to repackage and resend but they gave me a refund and urged me to "reorder from them" at the increased price.

I offered to send it back to them to get the correct one , and the seller agreed immediately. However, I would have had to take time out from work to go to the post office and affix the label they sent, and in the end I felt I shouldn't have to take time out to fix their mistake. They could have apologised and sent the correct one immediately. $16 is cheap PR, in so many ways.
