Das Thema Inklusion ist in Deutschland hochaktuell: Anfang des Jahres 2015 hat der zust ndige UN-Fachausschuss f r die Rechte von Menschen mit Behinderungen zahlreiche Monita und Besorgnisse bei der Umsetzung im nationalen Rahmen formuliert. Auch im Bildungs- und Schulsystem ist Deutschland noch weit davon entfernt, Inklusion fl chendeckend und bergreifend umzusetzen. W hrend mutige Schritte hin zu einer gemeinsamen Beschulung aller Kinder noch immer selten sind, kommen derzeit neue Herausforderungen auf das deutsche Bildungs- und Schulsystem zu: Kurzfristig m ssen zahlreiche Fl chtlinge, Kinder und Jugendliche aus L ndern wie Syrien, Irak und Afghanistan, in Deutschland beschult werden. Kinder und Jugendliche mit Migrationshintergrund bzw. konkreter Fluchterfahrung w rde ein inklusives Bildungs- und Schulsystem beim Einstieg bzw. bei der weiteren schulischen Entwicklung besser f rdern, als dies derzeit der Fall ist. Inklusionsp dagogik muss daher st rker multiperspektivisch betrachtet werden. Debatten ber die Anerkennung heterogener Ausgangsbedingungen in einer Lerngruppe - ob aufgrund der Bildungsherkunft, der geografi schen Herkunft oder des ethno-kulturellen Hintergrunds, des Geschlechts, der kognitiven, sprachlichen oder geistigen Entwicklung - d rfen nicht nur theoretisch gef hrt werden, sondern m ssen zu praktischer Umsetzung f hren. Claudia Schlaak zeigt in ihrem vorliegenden Buch einerseits auf, wie der praktische Umgang mit der (neuen) Vielfalt in Schulen und dabei konkret im Fremdsprachenunterricht erfolgen kann, und thematisiert andererseits zwei wichtige Problemfelder: Das mangelnde Verst ndnis von Inklusion und die fehlende Aus- und Fortbildung der Lehrkr fte in der praktischen Umsetzung des inklusiven Ansatzes.
