Das Konzept der Pers nlichkeitsstile und St rungen, das im sozialp dagogischen und Bildungsbereich v llig unbekannt ist, sowie die Schemap dagogik(R) k nnen die Selbstwahrnehmung der p dagogischen Fachkr fte im Alltag dahingehend f rdern. Ziel ist ein tieferes Verst ndnis f r (unterschwellige) Beziehungsst rungen. Die vorliegende Studie thematisiert p dagogische Fachkr fte, die im Praxisalltag (a) gegen ber ihren Klienten berwiegend kognitiv und extrem disziplinierend auftreten, (b) h ufig die negative Pers nlichkeit des Heranwachsenden thematisieren, (c) das eigene Selbstbild und Handeln unbewusst selbst unterlaufen, (d) den Erziehungs- und Bildungsauftrag aus unbewusstem Protest heraus nicht ganz erf llen; au erdem (e) dreht es sich um bertrieben gef hlskontrollierte Charaktere sowie um radikal hilfsbed rftige bzw. hilfsbereite Professionelle (sog. Dependente). Ziel ist die F rderung eines psychoanalytischen Verst ndnisses f r die eigene Pers nlichkeit, um Beziehungsst rungen, die sich immer wieder wiederholen, letztlich zu verstehen und zu verbessern.
