Luego nos enfocamos a la parte teorica de la estadistica Bayesiana, es decir, elementos y analisis de la misma. La parte mas esencial del texto consiste en el estudio de la inferencia, mas precisamente en la estimacion de los parametros poblacionales. En ese sentido, es que no solo damos la parte teorica de la inferencia, sino que realizamos un estudio comparativo completo sobre la estimacion de la proporcion a favor de la Nueva Constitucion Politica del Estado en Cochabamba-Bolivia.
