Ziel der Arbeit ist es, einen eignungsdiagnostischen Prozess fur eine neu zu besetzende Stelle als Bankkaufmann darzustellen. In Kapitel I wird zunachst auf die allgemeine Komplexitat und Problematik passende Bewerber zu finden eingegangen. Kapitel II zeigt die zentralen Erkenntnisse zwischen Persoenlichkeit und Beruf auf. In Kapitel III wird speziell auf die beruflichen Tatigkeiten des Bankkaufmann eingegangen und die spezifischen Probleme bei dessen Besetzung verdeutlicht. Desweiteren wird anhand der Anforderungsanalyse ein detailliertes Anforderungsprofil erstellt. Das Kapitel IV stellt die verschiedenen Persoenlichkeitsfaktoren des Big-Five Modells vor aus denen dann die zwei, fur den Beruf des Bankkaufmann, von besonderer Relevanz festgelegt werden. In Kapitel V wird ein eignungsdiagnostischer Prozess vorgestellt und empfohlen. Den Abschluss des Hausarbeit bildet das Kapitel VI mit Stellungnahme und Einschatzung der Machbarkeit des ausgewahlten eignungsdiagnostischen Prozesses.
