Vor tiber 100 Zuhorern be- richtete er von seinen eigenen Ma nahmen in und mit kranken Unter- nehmen und diskutierte mit Teilnehmern zwei Tage lang tiber deren personliche Erfahrungen in vergleichbaren Unternehmen. 1m vorliegenden Buch sind die Ergebnisse dieses Vortrags und insbe- sondere des Meinungsaustausches beschrieben. Dennoch ist es kein ntichternes Protokoll, sondern eine spannende Lektiire. Fragen, tiber die Au enstehende bisher hochstens Vermutungen anstellen konn- ten, werden erortert: Mit welch en Rechten und Moglichkeiten kommt der erfahrene Sanierer in das kranke Unternehmen ? Beginnt er sofort mit Entlassungen oder versucht er, das vorhandene know- how der Mitarbeiter zu nutzen? Arbeitet er im Team oder macht er alles alleine? Wie einigt er sich mit den GIaubigern, Banken und Lieferanten? Welche konkreten Ma nahmen ergreift er bei der Durch- forstung der einzelnen Bereiche wie Produktion, Vertrieb sowie des Managements insgesamt?
