Aktuelle Debatten zur Fluchtlingspolitik schuren den Fremdenhass bis ins Unermessliche, wobei sich immer mehr Anhanger mit einer Neigung zum Rechtsextremismus zu Parteien bekennen, die diesen offensichtlich vertreten. Viele reden auch einfach nur von Angst, der Islam koenne uns uberrennen und letztendlich zu einer Islamisierung Deutschland fuhren. Projiziert werden diese AEngste immer vom eigenen Selbst auf ein bestimmtes Feindbild, in diesem Fall auf die Menschen, die selber aus dem Motiv der Angst zu uns nach Deutschland kommen. Die Szenarien, die sich seit der Zuspitzung des Fluchtlingsdramas abspielen, erinnern teilweise an Schreckensgeschichten aus dem zweiten Weltkrieg zur Zeit des Nationalsozialismus. Wie kann es also dazu kommen, dass die Menschen nicht aus ihrer Historie gelernt haben und erneut die gleichen Verhaltensmuster und Denkweisen an den Tag legen, die Millionen unschuldiger Menschen das Leben gekostet haben? Und wo fangt realer Rassismus uberhaupt an? Bloss wenn man schon denkt, dass Fremde einem selbst und dem Land moeglicherweise schaden koennen oder erst, wenn man seine Gedanken auch in Taten spielen lasst? Mit diesen Fragen und der zentralen Fragestellung, wie es psychologisch betrachtet moeg-lich ist, eine Angst vor dem Fremden zu verspuren und in Hass und Rassismus ausarten zu lassen, beschaftigt sich die nachfolgende Arbeit.
