Dabei sollen folgende Fragestellungen beantwortet werden: Was sind die Ursachen fur Produktpiraterie? Wer ist von Produktpiraterie betroffen? Welche Ziele verfolgt das Rechtssystem? Welche Strategien sind anwendbar? Um Produktpiraterie besser zu verstehen, werden zunachst im zweiten Kapitel die Grundlagen naher erlautert. Punkte wie Erscheinungsformen und die Grunde fur die Zunahme stehen hierbei im Mittelpunkt des Kapitels. Daneben werden die Bedeutung des Wissensmanagements und wichtige Rechtgrundlagen naher eroertert. Im dritten Kapitel werden die Auswirkungen und Ursachen von Produktpiraterie im Detail - mit Beispielen - verdeutlicht. Abschliessend werden wichtige Massnahmen zur Abwehr und Bekampfung dargelegt und ein Fazit gezogen. Es werden bewusst nur wichtige ausgewahlte Strategien beschrieben, da ein umfassender Bericht von Produktpiraterie den Rahmen dieser Seminararbeit sprengen wurde.
