Photos showed what looked like marks so I queried the 'no stains" part and got no response. I took a chance on an offer of 45% off and the item was stained....silly me for getting sucked in. Anyway, the item was posted quickly and arrived safely and some careful washing with specialised stain remover has fixed most of the problem.
