    When I first received this item, it was incorrectly addressed to the wrong person so I could not open it; had to take the parcel back to Aust Post and RTS - and asked the seller for an update. Their communication was very good - apologised for the inconvenience, refunded the order and immediately resent the item, correctly addressed and at no cost. The initial mistake was a bit of a hassle, but their follow-up customer service was EXCELLENT - would be happy to buy from this seller again :)

    Great for the price

    It’s great for the price, there is some background hum if I have nothing playing and my amp turned up, but no matter what the volume the music buries the hum. It has its own power supply, is 1.5 matchbox size and dead simple. Matched with vintage stereo amp and speakers its way better sounding than Bluetooth gadgets, though a somewhat larger rig overall!

    Easy to set up ..and great Bluetooth connection can walk all around home and its still connected. Plus when making or taking a phone call cuts out and restarts where it stopped. Love it !!

    Small & looks like it might be a gimmick, but nicely packaged, easy to set up, good range, stable connection, easy reconnection & sound is as good as any built in Bluetooth connection. Good investment in bringing old gear up to date.
