    Hello, You placed an order on 24th January late evening. 25th January 2025 was Saturday, 26th Sunday, 27th Monday Public holiday because of Australia day. We posted your order on 28th January. We don't see the problem here?? DS Shop is an Australian wide warehouse. Our head office is in same city as yours but the item ships from the warehouse. When you placed an order, delivery estimate was showing as 12 Feb - 15 Feb estimated date. Today is 7th Feb. Do you know how counting works? Genuine ask?
