      Basically, the equaliser turns on and seems to pick up sound as monitor suggests so but the switches are not functional. I presented such to seller. Prior to and after purchase, through texts, the seller guaranteed the equaliser worked. Further, seller stated, 'it's been over 30 years when it was used'. The seller did not check the equaliser for functionality. It's a lemon.
