- i***y (780)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchase**BUYER BEWARE** The listing for the Dorchester Toaster failed to disclose that it was being sent from the UK (Scotland) with a UK plug unfit for Australia, & Warranty only valid in the UK & Ireland!! They apologised for "the inconvenience". This is the first time EVER I have left Negative feedback. I eventually received my full refund after chasing them, but have learnt a disappointing & very expensive lesson. These toasters are still being listed without full disclosure .. so be careful!!

I asked for a tracking number and why it hadn't arrived despite being local, I got back, quote: "looks like your item was either lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address. We have attempted to track it, but unfortunately, we were unable to locate it. Currently, we are out of stock, so we are unable to send a replacement". All suspicious but was refunded
