So I after I told them about it & sent pics they gave me a refund of $20, which I thought wz reli good. The reason I ordered this product was for the glass jug with stainless steel lid because I saw others selling that jug for around $80 so I thought I might as well get a spare new distiller with the glass jug included for around just $140.
