- 0***b (4)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseWhen the parcel arrived whoever packed it did not tape up the bottom of the box and it fell apart when the courier lifted it up and the contents fell out. As a result half of my 8 piece purchase was smashed beyond repair. It took me three days to finally reach the seller who, after quite a discussion, offered a reduction in the price which I accepted but I'm left with dishes without lids and lids without dishes. Yes, we should have taped it up. I was selling this set for my mother, who is elderly. The delay was my mother considering what to do about the smashed dishes. You can imagine that this news distressed her. I don't deserve bad feedback, though, as we apologised and refunded you a large amount of money back and lost out.
