The only one time they sent out the wrong edition of a card, I messaged them and they immediately apologized and sent out the correct version of the card that I ordered. Packaging was ok but would have maybe liked an outer box, not the sellers fault, but the courier just stuffed it into the mailbox and could have damaged it (thankfully that didn't happen).
