It has minor scratches on the bottom but nothing that affects gameplay or browsing. Seller offered me a $40 dollar refund which I got up to $50 because battery's for this laptop are around 60 dollars, so now I have to spend extra money on glue to hold the dvd cover in place, and I have to replace the battery. It's ok overall..
