    BEWARE! Received item which had multiple faulty discs that wouldn't play. Upon contacting the seller, I was met with counterproductive and aggressive communications consistently, to the point where the seller stated my situation wasn't to be believed with the faulty item. At this point I had to request eBay to step in and assist with my case. eBay did step in, provided valuable assistance and refunded me the costs of this item upon assisting me to return the item to the seller.

    You neglected to mention thin you failed to provide any evidence of the sad “not working” DVD’s. Not one photos or video or them was received. Your claim was received 20 days after purchasing. Plenty of time to watch them and then claim. Funny how they work on my DVD player perfectly. You were refunded by eBay as was I for your dishonest act. The jokes on you sir.
