There is an app that allows you to adjust the lights using a Bluetooth connection from a phone. This app isn t really very good but this issue is not something the supplier can do anything about.

Drones Pro responded with a partial refund, that was more than enough for me to fix the issue myself :) The refund was enough value to cover purchasing a replacement part. Overall I'm happy with the product, but particularly with the seller's response!
