    The jug arrived in perfect condition and was as described. However, it was posted bog standard at cost $15.75 using free/inexpensive packaging materials yet I was charged $69. I was expecting higher standard postage and better quality packaging for $69. That means I paid $53.25 just for handling. Not cool. Other vendors post at cost. If you want to include a ‘handling fee’ ok but include it in the reserve. And make it reasonable.

    I used ebays postage calculator. Im happy to refund the difference as i did when you contacted me about one of your items. Not my fault in future ill make postage a flat cost. I have no idea what postage is being charged. I enter the weight and dimensions then its up to the ebay algorithim to set postage.leaving negative feedback without contacting me first is not very nice.
