The price got reduced but the shipping was still on the purchase. He told me to pay it and he would refund me the shipping. I purchased and paid for shipping . I contacted him about the refund and was told he made a mistake and wouldn't be able to refund shipping. You can't tell a buyer you'll give free shipping , then change your mind after it's paid for. When he asked for a refund on the postage he was told I only offer free postage in Australia and was given an opinion for a refund before being sent but said he still wanted it. He was also given a 10% discount to help him out. He has now been blocked from all future purchases.
