I checked with the seller who messaged back that it is brand new and the writing was just a warehouse error. Anyway it was a lie by the seller and it had previously opened and not even packed away properly. A lot of items just chucked in. Returned it which is a real pain with a large 26kg box. We have been in business for 33 years and our reputation speaks for itself . It is so easy to sit behind your keyboard and whinge
