    le colis arrivé sans emballage, il était complètement explosé, j'ai envoyé des photos du colis endommagé au fournisseur, celui-ci m'a informé qu'il pouvait me renvoyer un autre colis, je lui ai fait remarquer que j'étais d'accord mais qu'il emballe bien le colis. Visiblement, il n'a pas compris ce que je lui ai demandé concernant l'emballage, le second colis a subi les mêmes dommages que le premier. Je n'achèterai plus chez ce fournisseur. archi Nul, il ne mérite même pas une (1) étoile.

    Ware wurde nicht an vereinbarte Lieferadresse sondern an Rechnungsadresse geliefert (bedeutet ca. 160 KM + 3h Fahrzeit) obwohl der Verkäufer sofort mehrfach (per Email + Nachricht) auf seinen Fehler hingewiesen wurde!!! Keinerlei Reaktion vom Verkäufer!!! Deshalb diese schlechte Beurteilung. Konnte Paket / Lieferung bis heute 03.02.2025 14:40 nicht auf Vollständigkeit prüfen (Paket liegt ja bei Rechnungsadresse).
