The product arrived wrapped in cling wrap which wasn't strong enough to protect the original box. The postage charge was quite excessive by almost $40. A refund of the difference would have been nice as other sellers have done in the past and finally, the item took more than a week to be shipped. The seller apologised which I believe to be a genuine mistake. The product itself was in great condition
