    Fixed an ongoing problem in minutes

    My taps kept leaking. I replaced the washers and taps but they kept leaking. I tried grinding/cleaning the Seat but the taps kept leaking. I tried this and the problem was fixed in 10 minutes. Yayy Tip: Once the seat is aligned, I used the tap to "press/push" the Seat into place by replacing the tap and closing (turning) the tap. Super easy. This pushes the Seat in (and levels it to the tap).
