      Wonderful skillet

      I love this skillet. I have been using it for pizza, steak, and lots of other kinds of food and they all turn out great -- much better than using other kinds of pans and pizza stone. The pizza made using this skillet is simply marvelous. It is also easy to clean and season. I am thinking of buying a bigger one as well and will recommend it to anyone.

      Difficult to clean.

      After reading overwhelmingly good reviews on the web, I bought this Cast iron Skillet. To be honest, I was very disappointed. The biggest problem is that the skillet is very very difficult to clean, even after light use. Some review says the more you use the easier it become to clean, that is yet to be proved.

      Buy one

      These Lodge cast iron frying pans are excellent to cook with.The more you use them the more non stick they become. I cook on a low heat and the food really does taste better. I have also purchased the 20cm pan/skillet for pancakes and oven baked cookies. There are many youtube videos with great recipe ideas and endless tips on how to keep your cast iron clean.. I would highly recommend. Enjoy! :)

      Great Cast iron

      Even though this is preseasoned. I would advise you to do 3 oven seasonings and season on the stove after every use to keep is nice and non stick as possible. Cooking heat is great and those sears..... Wow.
