    Good value and easy to use

    I use these with a small manual filling machine which fills 100 capsules at a time, for personal use. This is ideal for me and savings are significant when used for such products as turmeric. I have never had any difficulty with these capsules and purchase them on a regular basis.

    Making your own capsules.

    I make up my own capsules with a mixture of natural herbs . I find these capsules excellent when handling. I take 6 capsules each day and have no issues with gut health!
