      Ordered 27/3/2024.advised parcel on its way 31/3/2024 by retailer however AustPost advised parcel lodged by sender only on 2/4/2024. Tracking No provided to retailer 31/3 however that does not mean that “it’s on its way” . My interpretation of the English language is that when advised a parcel is despatched or on its way it means that the parcel has left the retailer and is now in the hands of auspost or courier. This was certainly not the case.
