    Originally sent struts were the wrong length compared to what I ordered. The staff at IRS quickly sorted out a new set of the correct length struts and got them sent out really fast. Excellent customer service! I made an error with my calculations for the strut force (NM) required as they aren't holding my taligate up, but I have not hesitated to order another set of stronger struts from this group as I trust they will take care of me. Great price and fast shipping (both times)
