Great pot.
The Scanpan Commercial range is the one I love. I make chutneys, jams, sauces, tomato purées and soups (to freeze in cup size lots) in bulk. This pot has a heavy base that distributes the heat evenly thus avoiding the dreaded sticking to the bottom of the pot and ever vigilant stirring. The handles are properly attached with stainless steel - not aluminium, as happens with some expensive pots. It is sturdily made. I use a wood stove so the wide bottom is no problem. However, you may need to measure the diameter of your biggest stove/cooker ring as this pot may overhang a bit, necessitating a higher heat - it's a wide pot.
