After 3 messages and 2 phone calls I was able to send back to them the incorrectly supplied item. It's been 4 weeks now and still have not received the motor that I've paid for. And finally, the key is only $26.00 not what you call expensive, yet they insist on registered delivery. I had to stay home to sign for it or go to post office. Ridiculous. I've had phones delivered without signature. Australia Post tracking is very reliable and on the rare occasion something goes amiss, they will; compensate you.
