I get 2 parcels with Chinese labels that have been packed into an Aramex satchel and then sent to me. It took 12 days for tracking label to be updated on the system, prior to that nothing was uploaded. After several emails asking what was happening, I just kept getting lies and generic rubbish answers. The brush heads received were called gentle (not ultimate) clean but did not match any of the genuine oral b IO brush head types. Nor did they match the pictures on the received packets or in the listing. They may have been alright, but the bristles were not as dense, numerous or as tidy as originals, and I did not want to risk using them. I get that they are cheaper, but they are not worth the risk in my opinion. "German" packet said made in Germany, 2 stickers said China.
