A set of valve Stem cover/Caps from China is $4 for 4xSleeves and 4xCaps. So I was expecting a bag of 20 Valve Stem/Caps from a more local seller as described. Was happy to pay the extra $5 to get them sooner. Got a rude shock when package arrived and I only received 1 set from this seller. Seller refusal to reply to messages is a big let down. Seller will rip you and then ignore you. BEWARE
