Having gone on a bit of a deep dive of lots of different brands sourced from many different retailers I can say that this is probably the best beef j for the price.... It's noticeable that there hasn't been the addition of a lot of sugar or too much salt... The primary preservation method is to drying... As it should be.... Will definitely be a repeat customer.... 1 small comment would be to include tracking for peace of mind... Slight grumble... FIVE STARS!!!
