Seller was responsive and efficient in refunding the item so I could purchase again with postage. However, the postage fee was $13, but it arrived in a cardboard envelope with tracking, which costs $8.35… Item had deodorant stains, which weren’t mentioned or depicted. Seller contacted and denied this condition even when photos were provided. Very disappointing. Seller also refused to post using express postage, but charges express postage prices, I offered to pay more to receive quicker and seller would not accommodate.
