Dishonest and rude seller. Seller said the device was brand new. Received the device and found there was damage to the exhaust vents, likely from an improper repair. Upon informing him of this and the damage that had caused the GPU, he accused me of damaging the device (I did take the bottom cover off to see if I could fix it without drama, note I am experienced at computer repair). Upon requesting a refund he then hurled insults and accusations at me off platform. Consider all this when buying.

It was a new laptop purchased from Dell. No repairs were made on device. You opened the device (even though you aren't a technician, someone knowing computers does not mean he or she is a technician). Yet, a full refund was made by us. Laptop's warranty was void because you opened the laptop, It was a $3100 loss for us. Laptop was broken because you tried to open it wrong. you are not suppose to open a laptop that is in warranty, that is simple to understand.
