The other two items I purchased from them did arrive in tact, so this was simply a misfortunate situation. The item was the same as the other two, just a different colour. I had to chase 10 days in with absolutely no response from the seller. Until 3 days after they were delivered then the seller sends tracking info telling me they were delivered. Not good enough, if you stuff up say so, people understand, if you go silent and fake your way through, people get upset and leave bad reviews, which affects your business not ours.
