The first chain went pretty quickly & needed to be replaced, but replacements came with the package and chains are cheap to buy separately. Very handy to have and I've loved having it to tidy up my yard, planning on buying another one to add to my camping supplies.

No operating instructions came with the saw. 10 lines of the safety instructions, are nowhere near satisfactory. Nothing on using the oiler or how much oil is required. Do you pump constantly while cutting or just once before use?? The safety wrist band along with gloves are to suit a child or very small person. I am not able to use them. The wrist band will probably be cut off,as it can interfere with operations.
