I did 1-2 20kg bags of concrete in a large bucket at a time. sufficient torque for the needs. occassionally struggled when not enough water. not sure how long the carbon brushes will last as it seems to spark often. More an issue of the motor design than it not running as expected. Its inexpensive and will be happy if it lasts to the end of my current project. So far so good.
