Seller claimed the item was sent via a courier, yet no tracking info provided. I asked seller to provide tracking info after 1 week and they said, ohh, its lost. Yet if there is no tracking info, how did they know it was lost? Claimed they had another unit but it was broken and it will take 35 days to get another one. Which sounds like total BS. Doubt this account is based in Oz.
