    These hoses came with Storz couplings secured to the hose by wire with a wrapping of electrical tape to cover, not as depicted in their listing with hose clamps. I purchased hose clamps and fitted them to ensure a reliable connection. BBT were requested to refund me the $22.02. They have refused, and decided to get cute by offering a refund of the purchase price after returning the hoses, at my expense. Dodgy operators, if you are after a secure, reliable fire hose, do not buy from this mob!

    The item seems to be ok, it's the seller that's left a bad taste in my mouth the item was meant to be here a week ago but when I contacted the seller he replied blaming ebay for the late delivery I replied to there message but I never heard back from the seller from the first message they wrote, all I ever expected from them was to work with me not against me, this is the first time I've ever had anything to say and with the amount of purchases I make that's saying something never again
