When i put them in the sound was fantastic, my ears have gone bad due to age plus normally i have the level on the highest on my old (6) level hearing aid but at present i have them on level (2) where i can hear amazingly better. For the price and being (new) plus small behind my ears you cannot go wrong. I was told i was silly to buy online but you guys have proved them wrong. Great work everyone
